Any country is available for shipping?

Yes. We are doing global business, it is available to ship worldwide.

Couriers you use and shipping time.

We ship items by air, sea, and express delivery (FedEx / DHL / EMS) which subject to change based on delivery address and products ordered. Default shipping of capsules will be EMS which usually takes about 10-30 days varies from countries. Capsule filling machines will be sent by FedEx or DHL accordingly. FedEx takes about 5-7 days while DHL takes about 3-5 days.

Please note: The shipping information we provide is a guideline only, and has been provided to us by different couriers respectively. We state below which couriers we use with what kind of product; however, we reserve the right to use any courier we please without notifying you.

Shipping Cutoffs

CapsulCN’s shipping cutoff time is 3 pm (GMT+8), while we try to ship every order the same day, it may take 24-48 hours to complete fulfillment of your order, not including weekends or holidays. If we receive your order after 12 pm (GMT+8), it will not ship until the next business day. And if you have any changes to your order this may also delay the shipping process.

How much is shipping fee?

How will I know it has been sent?

You will receive an email to confirm when your item has been sent.You can also check the status of your order and individual items by accessing My Account details and following the prompts.

Please allow 7 working days from dispatch of your order before notifying us of any late deliveries.

It may be advisable to check with your neighbors to see if a parcel has been left with them, check any outhouses you might have where it may be left if it cannot fit through your letterbox and contact your local sorting office to see if the item has been returned to the depot as undelivered and awaiting collection.


All our products are sent with a tracking number. It is important to note that not all of these tracking numbers enable you to track the parcel at every stage. Some may only allow you to see the progress of your order periodically.

Should I have to pay taxes and duties?

Orders being placed for delivery may be subject to customs charges or import duties which are levied by the importing country at the time the delivery arrives in your country.

These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot advise what the cost may be(customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country).You can check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

Returns Policy

Refunds include only the amount paid for the items ordered, not including shipping charges, duties, nor taxes. Restocking fees may apply.

Before attempting to return an order you will need to contact our customer service team to request a returns authorization number. Without this number, it can be difficult to process your return meaning the process may take longer.

CapsulCN aims to give 100% satisfaction to all of our customers. We do know, however, that there may be occasions when you wish to return items. If, for any reason you are unhappy with an item you have received, you may return it within 15 days upon receipt. Capsules must be in the original, unopened packaging. This is due to the fact that they are food-grade products made to exacting standards for human consumption. The day that we receive your item back at one of our locations it will be checked by a member of our team. This can happen in a number of days.

Returns are accepted no more than 15 days from the day you received it. Refunds are processed within 48-72 hours after we receive the returned items in our warehouse.

Will you refund my postage costs to return an item?

We are more than happy to refund postage costs to return an item where the return is required due to our error. For instance:

- If we sent you the wrong item

- If the item is damaged or faulty

We will not refund postage costs to return items which are unwanted or no longer required. These costs will need to be covered by you.

We will not refund postage costs to return any item due to reported damage or fault where no error was found in the testing process. Costs of posting the item back to you will depend on the item and will be communicated to you after the testing process has been completed.

Broken Items

It is important that you check your order or items upon receipt and always before use. If any errors occur or issues arise then these need to be reported to us immediately so we can investigate. As capsules are very sensitive to temperature and humidity, any damages to capsules must be reported to us within 7 days upon receipt. Other damages are accepted no more than 15 days from the day you received it.

Proof of broken and or damaged shipments must be provided by the customer in form of photo displaying the label on the product with the packing slip, please email your photo to with all order information and a customer service representative will contact you with a resolution.


Free shipping promotions do NOT apply to international orders.

The images on our website may not be a true depiction of the color of our capsules. The colors will be very close, but may be slightly darker or lighter than depicted in image. For additional color assistance, please contact us and we can provide additional information (such as ANPA color code or actual photo)
